High quality
mold material
|
As you known, material is the foundation of the mold, mold
's
high quality should be guaranteed by the high quality material
firstly. Aiming at the different characteristics, we adopted
different material for different mold parts:
-
Core part
and cavity part: Stainless steel(Sweden S136)
-
Neck part:
High grade nitrogened steel
-
Mold
plate: 52# steel
-
Guide bar
and guide cover: 20CrMo
|
High precision tooling
|
We have advanced CNC equipment and various kinds of high precision
mold tooling machine.
For Mold plate: The surface is machined through imported grinding
machine,which will guarantee the parallel grade between the
plates.
For guide bar
's
hole: This part is machined through numerical
boring machine or CNC(numerical milling machine),which will
guarantee the high running precision of mold plates.
For core part and cavity part: After rough lathing, the parts
will be tooled on high precision numerical lathing machine,
which ensure the preform
's
shape and size as the same as our
design exactly.
For cylinder and material mouth-sealing bar: The cavity of cylinder
will be machined through inner-round grinding machine,and the
material mouth-sealing bar will be machine on high precision
coaxial outer-round grinding machine, thus our material mouth-sealing
bar can run stably driven by the outside air pressure, at the
same time, and the working life is prolonged.

Advanced heat
treatment technic
|
The
steels' inner
structure will have some different
change under different heating or cooling condition, through which
we can enhance the performance of material. And during the tooling
course, the changing is effectively to eliminate the cutting stress,
accordingly our workpiece can get the excellent using performance.
Plate: Heat treatment is very important for mold,
especially for the large mold(such as 24 cavities,32 cavities
and 48 cavities). As well-known, the mold plate might be transformed
under the high temperature condition as
300¡æ
in the gross it
will swell about 0.45mm per 100mmm. In order to decrease the swelling,
we will do the valid heat treatment on our mold plate, some manufacturers
have neglected this to decrease the tooling cost.
Core
part¡¢Cavity
part: High performance of the
two parts is crucial since they will touch the high-temperature
melting PET material. Our heat treatment on core and cavity include
eliminating the stress during tooling process and the hardening
treatment on the surface, which can avoid the transform and decrease
the wearing.
Guide
bar¡¢Guide
cover: Firstly we choose the
suitable material to make the bar and cover, and we will do the
quenching treatment on the surface, as a result, the hard degree
is very high, which will decrease the wearing during the mold
opening and closing. At the same time, the inner structure has
remained, the bar will hold the excellent toughness and will not
break.
Neck part: Also the neck part will touch the
high-temperature melting pet material directly, and in order to
ensure the smooth doffing, the neck part will be opened through
the slipping block during each mold opening course. So the requirement
on neck part is very high, it should get the suitable hard degree,
generally we will do the nitrogened treatment on this part.

No-tail design
|
Our hot runner preform injection mold adopted piston sealing
system, the technology is from German HOSTET, easy operation
and excellent effect are the main characteristics. The main
principle: after the injection and pressure-holding process,
the small cylinder, driven by the pneumatic system, will drive
the material mouth-sealing bar to seal the material input mouth,
then the preform will be cooled in the mold, after doffing from
the mold, there will not be the tail on the bottom of the preform;
along with the new cycle starting, the material mouth-sealing
bar will draw back, and the melting material can be injected
into the mold again.

Advanced hot
runner system
|
In order to keep the melting state of the PET
material in the mold, we should heat the hot runner plate, furthermore,
we should keep the temperature stable strictly, so the nice temperature
controlling system is crucial. For the main hot runner plate,
we adopt the heating stick (heater) to heat, the heater is made
of special steel and with excellent heat conduct ability, so the
PET material will get the equal heating effect; for the distributing
plate, we adopt the small nozzle structure and will use the hearing
ring to heat the nozzle, there is an independent temperature controlling
system for each cavity to control the heating
ring's
temperature,
so you can adjust the temperature of each cavity respectively.

Independent Self-lock structure
|
The cooling effect will take the direct influence to the productivity,
so the cooling system is also a crucial part of injection mold.
There are three parts of the cooling system in our mold: Heating
plate cooling, Core part cooling and the Cavity cooling part.
Under the precondition of high strength, the cooling channel
was designed to adequate large, we use our 24 cavities and 32
cavities mold as an example, the diameter of the main flow channel
reaches to 25mm and the diameter of the distribution flow channel
reaches to 10-12mm. You can understand our cooling system through
the attached sketch.

Strict test and
inspection
|
After the first assembly, each set of our mold
will pass through the strict test and inspection, including the
cooling channel
's
proof performance, the weight of the preform,
the eccentricity, the temperature controlling effect etc., if
there is any problem, we will make the adjustment till all of
the performance reach the standard.
And we know the customer purchase the mold is to produce high
quality preforms then blow nice bottles, so we will test the
finish preform on our blow molding machine, to see if we can
get the nice bottle blowing effect, the feedback will be useful
for the injection mold
's
building and customer
's
real production.

1) We will design the preform aiming at your requirement.
We can design the preform for the standard bottles, such as
water bottle, carbonated drink bottle, oil bottle etc.
Also we have enough experience in designing the preform for
special shape bottle, such as the wine bottle, wide mouth jar
etc.
Advanced software have been chose, such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solid
Work, UG etc.
2) In order to let customers to replace the easy-wearing parts,
we will send enough free spare parts along with each set of
mold:

- One set of Cavity
- Neck parts
- One set of heaters
- One set of heating rings
- Voltage meter
3) One year
's
warranty. If you find there is
any parts damaged during the normal running condition, we will
send the free spare parts to you. Wrong operation or contrived
problem do not include.
4) Along with the mold, we will send you the detailed
instruction, in which you can learn the mold installation, the
mold testing and running, safe working, how to solve the normal
problems etc. Also we will record the test result in the instruction
book.
5) Timely tech-support. If you have any question
or find any problem, just tell us, our engineers will give you
timely solving suggestion.
