Main Composed Parts

Frontal mold, Retral mold, Bottom part and neck part. They compose the cavity part
Guide bar and guide cover. They can ensure the accurate mold closing, accordingly to ensure the thin half line.
Back plate. Mainly used for mold 's installation, this is a optional part.

In order to shorten the molding period and get nice molding result, we design the cooling channel into the Frontal mold part, Retral mold part and Bottom part, there is no overmuch heat quantity accumulated even after long time running, this can prevent the shrinking problem.

Test and Inspection
.After finishing the design, we will analyze the volume and strength through the specialized 3D software.

.After the rough tooling of the cavity, we will assembly the mold and will test the mold for the first time, mainly inspect the volume and the outline shape. If there is any problem, we will analyze the reason then do the modification.

.After the whole process, we will do the simulant real-production test, including test the cooling system, the gas exhausting system, the matching with our machine and so on.

During the mold running, if you find any problem, we will give you timely resolving method.

There is a respective code for each set of mold, correspondingly a detailed record file will save the information of the bottle and the mold, you can inquire about the information at any time.
