Separation type Design

The preform reheating part and the bottle blow molding part are designed as two separated parts, this has simplified the machine structure, and has reduced the cost. Our HM-400 / HM-800 and HB-MG60 blow molding machine are the semi-auto type, one operators is needed for one set of machine. If the labor cost is not too high, we think this type of semi-auto blow molding machine can take high profit to you.

Running with high precision, stable and quiet

..Our mold platen is made of cast iron, we will do the precise tooling on the surface and guiding hole, all of the tooling is done through numerical equipment, which can ensure the tooling precision, accordingly can ensure the running precision of the platen.

..For the guide bar, except the high precision tooling, furthermore we will plate the chrome onto the surface, this is to enhance the strength and to reduce the wearing during working.

..At the joint between the guide bar and platen, we adopted oilless self lubricating bearing.

..In order to guarantee the nice running, we installed the sliding wheel under the move platen, also the wheel will support the platen.

..For the main blowing part, we adopted the shock-proof standing.

..We equipped the silencer for the gas exhausting to reduce the noise.

Fully controlled by computer
We adopted imported programmable controller, we can make the program according to the specific running condition. There is a crystal screen and soft buttons, you can see the information clearly and operate it easily.

In order to get high performance, we chose world famous elements on our machine.

Mechanical Adjusting System

In order to blow the different volume bottles on the same machine, we designed a chain-wheel adjusting system on the rear mold platen, you can adjust the distance between the frontal platen and the rear platen through such chain-wheel system, thereby adapt to different mold thickness.

At the same time, also we designed the adjusting system on the fixing plate that is used for installing the sealing-stretch cylinder, through which you can adjust the cylinder forwardly or backwardly, accordingly to ensure the stretch bar on the center of the cavity.

Adjustable heating system

The oven of our machine is an independent part, the heat source is 32 pcs of infrared lamps. The preform will do the revolution and rotation action at the same time, thus the preform can get the even heating effect.

In addition, the 32 pcs of lamps are arranged in 8 floors, for different preforms with different length, you can adjust the lamps on four directions-upwards, downwards, left and right.

Excellent stable-temperature-holding system
.We equipped a numerical voltage controller with crystal screen, through which you can adjust the power of the lamps, accordingly to get suitable heating effect for preform 's upper part, middle part and bottom part. In addition, there are the temperature detectors on the heating channel, you can see the real temperature from the feedback.

.In order to reduce the heating air 's bad effect on the preform, we equipped two exhaust fans on the top of the machine to exhaust the heating air. So the heating system is more stable, and the production will be more smooth.

.During the heating process, not only the preform will get the heat, but also our machine will get the heat too. The important parts are preform standing tray, if the temperature is too high, it will affect the preform, the neck might be transformed, usually we solve this problem through two methods-air cooling and water cooling.

Transducer-speed adjustment system

For different volume bottles, the production capacity are differently, so in order to adapt to different condition, we should adjust the time that the preform stay in the oven, in other words, we should adjust the revolution speed. We adopted MITSUBISHI transducer to control the motor 's speed.

High safety
.In order to ensure the operator 's safety, we have changed the mold closing system, it is very safe in mold testing process.

We will stick some warning labels at the striking position on the machine, the operator will see them easily and will be warned.

We designed a urgent-stop button, all of the action will be stopped if pressed this button.
